Baked Pandan Chiffon Cake for 2nd time!
I failed to bake it last time because I don't know how to beat the egg white properly. I don't have an electronic mixer that time and I used blender to beat egg white. What a fool was me! I thought they work with same principle but they're just in different shape or pattern. Now, I know how to beat the egg white until fluffy. The very first thing of beating it is make sure the egg white does not mix with water or oil/egg yolk. A little bit of them is also not allow or else you will realize it's difficult to beat the egg white until fluffy. One more thing, I forgot I bought 1kg of caster sugar from bakery store and I bought a new pack of caster sugar few weeks ago. :( Recipe from Jane Chew. However, I translated it to English here.

Egg york - 6 pcs
Caster sugar - 50g
Cake flour - 140g
Baking powder - 1tsp
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
Pandan paste - 1tsp
Corn oil - 5 spoon

(B)
Egg whites - 6 pcs
Caster sugar - 60g

Finished my final examination of Semester 1! Hooray!
The last paper which is today's paper is Physics. One of my favourite subjects!

In the evening, I went to Kuching Festival again with him!
This is the first time I went out with him in the evening. We usually go out together either in the morning or afternoon. He introduced some must-try food in Kuching Festival for me.

1. 煎包. I forgot which stall is that but I knew the stall near KimBay. Lots of "juice" came out from the pau after you bite it. Yummy!

2. 咸鱼包 from Kimbay. A very nice bun too! Soft bun, tasty meat inside. No chance to take the picture of it because my hand was very sticky after ate the 煎包, regret that I didn't "suck" the "juice".

I went to Kuching Festival with my mum and also siblings today. Kuching Festival started since a week ago but now still crowded! So what now? Of course I'm gonna post about food. I'm a FOOD LOVER!

Today is father's day as 8 is read as "ba" in chinese.
Double 8 = ba ba
"Ba ba" means father!

In this afternoon, I ate durian by using spoon. This is not a proper way to eat durian like this. However, I learned someone to do so. And I don't wanna make my hand dirty.

Before that, I always had instant mee as breakfast. Not healthy at all! :(
This kueh tiaw made me felt so full till lunch time.

Anyway, there's an insect in my room while I was studying. It's not cockroach, it's not grasshopper, it's not fly... I don't know what's it!!! What I can describe about it is LONGGGGG. It has a long body. LOL!

Last night I was craving for 烧腊饭 around 12am. Yea, I was still awake that time but felt so hungry suddenly. 烧腊饭 suddenly came into my mind. Argh, it caused me hungrier. Endure~ It's not good to feel hungry before going to bed.

The next day which is today, my mum planned to go to relative's house this afternoon. After my relative told my mum there will be a dinner tonight and he got 2 more extra tickets. He asked my mum and one of my siblings to join. My sister decided to go. Before going to the dinner, my mum "dapao" for us and I was thinking of the 烧腊饭 so I shout "烧腊饭" before my mum went away.

As I wish, 烧腊饭 came to my sight. Hehe! I still endureeeeee
I can't eat it before I finished the chapters because the exam is around the corner.
At 6.30pm, YEAH! I finished one of the chapters then I carried the 烧腊饭 to the living room. I ate it and watched "交换空间" which is about interior design.

Before I slept tonight, I watched 1 episode of "王子变青蛙". A Taiwan series. I watched it few years ago but I watched it again now. Hehe~
