I had my little Kuala Lumpur City Tour last week which is the Raya Holiday. First of all, let me write a review for the hotel I stayed. I will post about my trip when I'm free.
YY38 Hotel Review
I would like to rate this hotel in the
following aspects:
Service : 4.5 out of 5 stars
Cleanliness : 3 out of 5 stars
Tidiness : 5 out of 5 stars
Accessibility : 3 out of 5 stars
Location : 5 out of 5 stars
Value :
3.5 out of 5 stars
Overall : 4 out of 5
stars
1. Service
The first day I
reached the hotel, there was a problem with my agoda booking. The system stated
that my booking was cancelled. I don’t know what’s wrong with it because this
is the first time that I booked a hotel by using agoda.com. Anyway, the
person-in-charge helped me to ask the agoda agent about it and the problem was
solved. Their services are okayyyyyy but their slang are not professional as
those who are trained at high-class hotels.
2. Cleanliness
As what I’ve
seen from the reviews at tripadvisor, there are lots of STAINS on curtains and
bedsheet. You wouldn’t realise it at the first moment you enter the hotel. You
will only realise it after you take a bath, sitting down and look around. The toilet is clean and they will keep it dry once they clean it. One
more thing! I found lots of ants on my bed in the next morning! There’s also
some ants in the toilet too! They just do basic cleaning. Can you lap the
windows next time? Oops~
3. Tidiness
The room looks
very tidy! Maybe there’s less stuff so it doesn’t look so messy. Flat-screen TV
hanging on the wall, telephone on the desk and what so ever. Everything is just
in their right place and I have no complain about it.
4. Accessibility
The things that
are lack of in the hotel room are electric kettle and hair dryer. I always back
to the hotel late after out for a trip, I can’t sleep with my wet hair after
bath. Please provide these things next time.
5. Location
Well, I think
this is the greatest advantage of this hotel. You can go to the shopping malls
easily by just walking. You just need to cross a road and shop lot to reach the
Alor Street. For your information, Alor Street is one of the famous street in
KL that sells variety food. The view from my room looks good.
6. Value
It is quite worth to live here.
However, I would like to try the other hotels around there next time. I will
compare the hotels based on my opinions.
Okay, that’s all! Have a Great Day!
You can put this hotel in your list when you’re planning to tour around KL next
time!
*Will update my KL trip when I’m free.
