Hi, nice to meet you and welcome to my blog :D

Diary ღ 28 October 2014 ღ

Baked Puff today. I planned to bake many puffs to "dapao" for someone as she requested last time. However, I'm unable to make it due to the materials which are quite less. I baked puff to try out the new pastry tip and bag that I bought last time. The outcome is nice.

I didn't make the cream of the puff because I don't really know how to make a tasty cream. I made it last time and it was not really nice and too much for my failed puffs (my first attempt), so I threw it, waste... :(

I able to make 9 puffs only for this time because I made it into a bigger size. For my second attempt, I made 16 of them.
Here's the recipe of the puff:

Ingredient:
Egg - 2 pcs
Unsalted Butter - 45g
Water - 85ml
Flour - 55g
Salt - 1/8 tsp

Do you love cheese cake?
Do you love cat?
Do you love Hello Kitty?

If your answer is YES! YES! YES!
Then I introduce a nice place for you in Kuching!
It's a cat-themed cafe ----- MEOW MEOW CAFE
It's located on the first floor of PetZone. Address: Lot 2640 & 2641, Ground Floor, Jalan Green (Next to Celcom). It is in Satok area I guess.

He brought me to this place as surprise. We ordered mint tea and cheese cake and it came with Hello Kitty utensils. SUPAAAA LOVE IT!

It's the first day of holiday! Felt so bored at home so I started to bake croissant which was in my list few weeks ago. It was quite challenging for me because I never bake bun before. I don't know how to knead it well. I just knead the dough until all the ingredient mix well for this time. How about the result? "Ok ok nia lo" However, its colour is so nice! So attractive... And the odour of the milk is strong, love it!

I got the recipe from 周老师 but I reduced all the ingredients to 1/2 of the original amount. I will provide step-by-step pictures here.

Diary ღ 1 October 2014 ღ

I planned to make hard-boiled egg in heart shape since last night, so I woke up early in the morning today.
I tried to make it with Hello Kitty mold too. Unfortunately, the egg was too small for that mold. So the features of Hello Kitty were not so obvious for the egg.

<<< HOW TO MAKE HARD-BOILED EGG IN HEART SHAPE >>>

1. Get ready your hard-boiled egg, 2 rubber bands, a chopstick, a cardboard which folded into L shape as shown in the figure.

2. Remove shells of the hard-boiled egg (Of course you need to remove it).

 3. Put the egg in the middle of the folded cardboard, put the chopstick on it, tie the two ends with rubber bands.

4. Done. Eat it!
