假期刚刚开始,我无聊了!
前几天找到了一个食谱,但是缺少一些材料,本以为今天会特别无聊。但是,妈咪突然说今天出去吃午餐,耶!可以‘乘机’买材料!
我缺的材料是巧克力粒和杏仁罢了。
今天的菜单是 - CHIPSMORE
什么?做 chipsmore?去外面买就好了啊!何必那么麻烦?!
其实我跟 願望樹 一样,比较喜欢那样褐色的 chipsmore。
当然食谱也是来自这里 啦!大家去看看哦!她的照片比较美,呵呵!
我只是用细砂糖代替黄糖,面团里没加巧克力粒。

我的食谱在这:

【奶油口味 Chipsmore 饼干】

材料:
牛油 Butter - 125g
细砂糖 Caster sugar - 125g
面粉 Flour - 200g
发粉 Baking powder - 1 tsp
苏打粉 Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
鸡蛋 Egg - 1顆 (Grade A)
香草精 Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
杏仁片 Almond- 50g

巧克力粒 Chocolate chips

做法:
1. 把蛋打散。
2. 用 150C 烤杏仁片约 8 分钟,让后用汤匙压碎。(直接用杏仁粒就不必压碎,烤好的杏仁又香又脆)
3. 牛油和糖搅拌均匀。
4. 加入筛好的面粉、发粉和苏打粉,继续搅拌。(面糊开始变颗粒状)
5. 再加入蛋液和香草精,搅拌均匀。(面糊变粘乎乎了)
6. 加入杏仁,混合好就放入冰箱冷冻(我冻了30分钟)以方便变形。
7. 取一小块面团搓成圆形,按扁,放几颗巧克力粒在上面。
8. 重复至面团完后,放在烤盘上,记得留空间在饼干之间,因为饼干会发。
9. 以 150C 烤 20分钟即可。


准备好材料
混合均匀
成型了,但还没熟
没下火,所以烤20分钟后,翻过来烤多5分钟,不然不会熟啊!
出炉了!

Just finished all the test for this week!
It's time to bake!
I baked Zebra-stripped Butter Cake today!
Did some mistakes for this time, OOPS!!
- My butter didn't totally melt before I bake it, so the surface was very oily during baking.
- I choose wrong mold which is too big for small quantity of mixture but luckily I put cake paper on the mold so I can move it to a smaller mold before I continue putting the mixture spoon by spoon as the pictures above.
- I made too many stripes because I used too less mixture each time so I had to repeat the steps for many times! The actual one doesn't have so many stripes :(

Today we wore lab coat to do an experiment. It's the first time we wore lab coat! WOOHOO! Actually we don't need to wear it to do this week's practical, but we wore it for the purpose of taking photo of ourselves. LOL!

Now, let's look at the photos of animal epithelial cell with different magnification under microscope.
I took quite a long time to focus it, so please appreciate my photos.

Simple Squamous Epithelium:

Okay, now let's "observe" me (too much scientific terms LOL)
A "doctor" who wore jeans, haha! Actually my lab coat is too big for me but it looks okay here *vain*
I was very SERIOUS while observing the cells.
