I made it into bigger size compared to last time because I really felt so tired that time. I made it into bigger size so I no need to bake them by dividing into 2 batches as the quantity was not so many. What a lazy worm am I.

Ingredient:
Ghee - 200g
Flour -350g
Egg york - 1 pc
Caster sugar & Milk powder for sprinkle
Method:
1. Mix ghee and egg yolk well.
2. Sieve the flour and heat it by using the temperature of 100°C for 10 minutes (To make the flour dry, so the kuih momo taste better). Add the flour into (1) and mix well.
3. Take about 5g of mixture and made it into ball shape.
4. Arrange them on a pan and put it into oven.
5. Bake for 25-35 minutes by using the temperature of 150°C. (The surface of the ball is sticky after done baking)
6. When the ball is cooled down, sprinkle caster sugar and milk powder on it. Use chopstick to let all the surfaces of ball to stick with the powder. Enjoy!
