Hi, nice to meet you and welcome to my blog :D

Diary ღ 15 August 2014 ღ

Opened the whipping cream package yesterday and I had to finish all the whipping cream as soon as possible or else it will be spoilt or getting sour. So, today I made mille crepe which needs whipping cream as well. I heard mille crepe is very delicious but difficult to make. Most of the bloggers who are baking-lovers made it and it's time for me to try it! I got the recipe from a book but I forgot the title of that book. This is the first time I used frying pan to fry something other than egg and sausage. It took me 1 hours to fry the crepes, so tiring. I'm lazy to prepare delicious cream, so I used beaten whipping cream + peach as filling. I'm not good in applying the cream, so it looked not so nice.

【Mille Crepe】

(Whipping cream with peach filling)

Ingredient:
(Crepe)
Full-cream milk - 225g
Egg - 135g (I used 2 eggs)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
All-purpose flour - 65g
Caster sugar - 28g
Butter - 30g
(Filling)
Whipping Cream - 180g
Peach - 135g (Cut into small pieces)

Method:
1. Add full-cream milk, egg, salt, sieved flour, caster sugar into a bowl. Mix well and filter it. Left it for 30 minutes.

2. Add melted butter into the mixture and mix well before starting to fry.
3. Heat the frying pan, put a scoop of mixture onto the frying pan by using big spoon, turn the frying pan quickly to spread the mixture out evenly. Fry another side of the crepe after few minutes, take it out after it is cooked.

4. Repeat step 3 until the mixture is used up. *Remember to stir the mixture after frying each crepe
5. Filling: Use mixer to beat the whipping cream until thick. Add in cut peach. Use spoon to mix well.
 6. When the crepe is cool, spread whipping cream on it. Put a piece of crepe on a plate, smear some whipping cream on it. Repeat it until finish.

Sorry, it looked not nice ><
