I didn't make the cream of the puff because I don't really know how to make a tasty cream. I made it last time and it was not really nice and too much for my failed puffs (my first attempt), so I threw it, waste... :(
I able to make 9 puffs only for this time because I made it into a bigger size. For my second attempt, I made 16 of them.
Here's the recipe of the puff:

Egg - 2 pcs
Unsalted Butter - 45g
Water - 85ml
Flour - 55g
Salt - 1/8 tsp Method:
1. Sieve the flour. (Any type flour is okay but I was using all-purpose flour)
2. Add water, unsalted butter and salt into a pan, heat the butter until it melt by using medium heat. Wait for it to boil and then turn to small fire.
3. Pour all the flour into (2) at once, stir the mixture quickly. When the mixture becomes dough which is non-stick to the pan, turn off the stove.
4. Wait for the dough to cool down. Beat the eggs.
5. When the dough becomes not so hot, divide the egg mixture into 4-5 portions and pour it into the dough, stir well each time you done pouring.
6. When an upside down triangle is formed when you're taking up the wooden spoon from the mixture, stop adding eggs.
7. Pump the mixture on the tray.
8. Spray water on the surface on puff (Avoid the surface of the puff scorches before it starts to expand).
9. Bake it with 200°C for 10 minutes, 190°C for 10 minutes and 180°C for another 15 minutes. Leave it in oven for 10. more minutes. *Do not open the lid while baking.
11. Take it out when done baking. Enjoy!
