【Non-bake Cheesecake - Saltcheese Cracker Version】
Ingredient:Cream cheese - 250g
Whipping cream - 200g
Condensed milk - 3 spoon
Gelatine powder - 9g / 2 tsp
Water - 3 spoon
Full-cream milk
Saltcheese crackers biscuit - 1 package
Method:
1. Pour the water into a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder on the surface of the water. Wait for 3-5 minutes. Double boil to heat the mixture until all the gelatin powder dissolves in the water. Put aside.
2. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces, beat it until fluffy. Add whipping cream and mix it well with cream cheese.
3. Add condensed milk and the gelatin in (1) into mixture (2), combine well.
4. Pour milk into a plate (few ml is enough), let the saltcheese cracker absorb the milk for less than a second, then take out quickly and arrange it on the tray. Pour some cheese mixture on it.
5. Repeat step (4) until the cheese mixture is used up.
6. Put into fridge for few hours. Enjoy!
