Are you ready for it? Have you buy your new clothes? Have you clean your house?
I'm in the progress...
My headache is gone after I slept for so long. Oh yeah!
It tangled me for around 2 days. Yish! Resist to take Panadol! LOL
Feeling well~ Okay, it's time to bake!
[GOLDEN CORNFLAKES]
Just like golden coin in red cups, haha! This is honey cornflakes with a very simple recipe. I used Golden Churn butter for the first time! Last time I didn't use Golden Churn butter because I think I was still a beginner, shouldn't use such an expensive butter because it's wasting if I failed in baking. However, I had more than a year experience now, maybe my "level of baking" had upgraded. And yet, it's also the first time I used salted butter. I always use unsalted butter before this.
I was very satisfied with my golden cornflakes. It smells really nice! I can smell the smell of butter when I was mixing it with cornflakes, putting the cornflakes into cups and also baking it.
Ingredient:
Cornflake - 1 package (220g)
Butter - 80g
Honey - 3 tsp
Hundreds and thousands (for decoration)
Method:
1. Double boil the butter. When the butter melts, add in honey and mix well.
2. Pour mixture (1) into cornflakes. Mix it well, put into paper cups and decorate it with hundreds and thousands.
3. Put it into oven and bake with temperature of 150C for 10-15 minutes.
-Just as simple as this-

You might ask:
What's the difference of before baking and after baking since they seem almost the same?
- Before baking it, the cornflakes is loose because it is not stick together by the butter and honey mixture yet. It's not very crispy also. After baking it, the cornflakes in the cups stick well and are very crispy.
